Yes. The Texas JBCC requires process servers to complete at least 2 hours of ethics or legislative updates as part of their 8-hour CE load. Our 8-Hour Continuing Education Course contains a dedicated ethics and legislative module that fully satisfies this requirement, meaning you do not need to buy a separate ethics course.
Process server certifications are valid for exactly two years. Renewals must be submitted to the JBCC before your expiration date along with proof of completion for 8 hours of approved CE training.
