Terms and Conditions

1. Refund Policy

Notice

Your eligibility for a refund is contingent upon your course progress. Our system tracks all activity.

1.1  The “20% Rule” for Standard Course Enrollments

  • Strict Ineligibility: For most courses, if you complete 20% or more, you are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. The 30-day refund period is void once this threshold is met.
  • 30-Day Window: For students who have completed less than 20% of the course, refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of enrollment.

1.2  Process Server Business Systems & Launch Courses

The following rules apply specifically to “The Complete Process Server Business System,” “Launch Your Process Server Business,” and “Grow Your Process Server Business”:

  • Access Limitation: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase ONLY if you have not accessed any lessons or materials beyond the “Before You Begin” section.
  • Digital Nature Policy: Due to the proprietary business data and “blueprints” contained in these courses, no exceptions are offered once any portion beyond the introductory section is accessed.
  • Preview Recommendation: We strongly encourage reviewing the free preview mode to ensure the course aligns with your goals prior to purchase.

1.3  Texas Private Security Practice Test Students

  • Refund Window: Refunds are only available within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Usage Trigger: No refunds will be granted if the practice test has been started or accessed, regardless of the 24-hour window.

1.4  Subscription Refunds

  • Annual Subscriptions: Requests must be made within 7 days of the charge.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Requests must be made within 5 days of the charge.

1.5  Final Authority, Chargebacks & Collection

Our system automatically logs lessons accessed, videos viewed, and materials downloaded. This internal data is the final authority on refund eligibility.

  • Documentation: In the case of a chargeback claim, we will provide the payment processor with IP access logs, specific completion data, and a copy of these Terms.
  • Breach of Contract: Unauthorized chargebacks are a material breach of this agreement.
  • Recovery of Funds: If a chargeback is granted by a financial institution despite evidence of course usage (e.g., system logs or proof of state certification/licensing based on course completion), the debt remains valid and due. We reserve the right to pursue collection of the original amount, plus a $50 administrative fee and any associated legal or collection costs.
  • Professional Reporting: We reserve the right to report fraudulent activity or unpaid debts to relevant credit agencies and state professional licensing boards (including the JBCC).

  • Data Mining/Scraping: Use of any automated system or scraper to retrieve content is strictly prohibited.
  • Recording: Use of screen recording software to capture course videos is a material breach.

4. User Contributions & Submissions

  • Submissions: Feedback or suggestions sent to us becomes our property.
