Refund Policy
Course Enrollment
Refunds will be provided so long as two criteria are met:
- The student may request a refund within 30 days of paying for and enrolling in any full course listed on courses.codexlegalservices.com.
- The student may request a refund so long as they have not completed 20% or more of the course. The course system shows detailed completion rates.
Students refunds will be processed within 3 business days of the student's emailed request and will be returned back to the same form of payment as was used to pay for the course. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card or PayPal statement, depending on your credit card company. The course administrator will email you when the refund has been processed.
Pre-Enrollment Courses
Students who pay for pre-enrollment courses may request a refund at any time, so long as the course has not yet launched.
Once the pre-enrollment course converts to a full course and the student formally enrolled in the course curriculum, refunds will be provided so long as two criteria are met:
- The student may request a refund within 30 days after the student is auto-enrolled into the course at the time of course launch.
- The student may request a refund so long as they have not completed 20% or more of the course.

If a student does not comply with CODEX Process Service Terms of Use, we reserve the right to deny any refund requests.
