As soon as you purchase the course, you can start it immediately. The course is self-paced which means you can start and stop the course at your convenience. The course will automatically save your progress.

This seems like a funny question, but we get this question often! YES, we are real people (and process servers ourselves) and are available to help. Yes! Our 7-hour new process server orientation course and our 8-hour continuing education course is approved by the JBCC. After completing the course, we will issue you a course completion certification which has our course PSC-number which indicates our approval status.

Yes! We offer discounts for those in the military (active, reserves, or retired) and first responders (active or retired).

After completing and submitting the "Required Form: Student Record & Course Acknowledgment" lesson, you'll be presented the confirmation screen with two confirmation codes you should write down. Choose these two confirmation codes in the "Student Record Completion Confirmation" to progress forward in the course.

Course certificates are good for 1-year after completing your course because course renewal is every two years. If course certificates expired every two years, you would be able to use the same certificate again for your next renewal. 

The JBCC issues new PSC numbers to approved courses every year. The PSC course number on the certificate is required by the JBCC. Your PSC number does not need to be on your course certificate.
