What's the difference between this course and the Complete System?
The Complete Process Server Business System bundles two courses together: "Launch" (this course) covers business setup, structure, compliance, and finances. "Grow" covers marketing, branding, and client acquisition. You can take each one individually for $299 or get both together and save $49.
Do I need experience before joining?
No experience required. This course is designed for people who are brand new to process serving and want to set up their business correctly from Day 1. It's also valuable for working servers who skipped the business setup steps.
Does this course teach me how to physically serve documents?
No. This course focuses on building and running a professional process serving business: LLC setup, banking, insurance, pricing, client management, and compliance. For state-specific serving rules and procedures, check your local court requirements.

Requirements & Certification

Do I need a license before I start?
It depends on your state. We provide guidance so you can easily find the exact requirements for your area. Many students start the course while their application is processing. We also offer the required training for Texas Process Server Certification.
Is this only for Texas?
No. The business-building principles (LLC setup, banking, insurance, pricing, compliance) apply in every state. While some examples reference Texas-specific rules, the systems and strategies work anywhere. You will need to confirm your own state's requirements.
