Do I need a license before I start?
It depends on your state. We provide guidance so you can easily find the exact requirements for your area. Many students start the course while their application is processing. We also offer the required training for Texas Process Server Certification.
Is this only for Texas?
No. The business-building principles (LLC setup, banking, insurance, pricing, compliance) apply in every state. While some examples reference Texas-specific rules, the systems and strategies work anywhere. You will need to confirm your own state's requirements.
